SMS Privacy Policy

This SMS program is operated by Fabricated Software, Inc. (operating as FabSoft). This policy explains how we handle information in connection with our internal AI Messaging Demo SMS program.

No sharing of mobile information

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of the program, such as our SMS messaging provider, is permitted solely to operate the service. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

What information we collect

In connection with this SMS program, we collect:

• Your mobile phone number
• The content of messages you send to and receive from our AI agent
• Message timestamps
• Your opt-in and opt-out status

Phone numbers are collected directly from participating FabSoft employees, in writing on FabSoft’s internal consent form. We do not collect mobile numbers through any public web form, and we do not operate a consumer signup or marketing list.

How you opt in to SMS messages

FabSoft only sends these SMS messages to its own employees who chose to participate in the internal AI Messaging Demo. Opt-in works like this:

1. A participating employee provides their mobile number on FabSoft’s internal consent form. Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of employment.
2. On the form, a written consent disclosure states that FabSoft will use the number to send the demo SMS messages, and that the employee may opt out at any time by replying STOP. The employee checks a box (blank by default) to consent. The exact disclosure is published at our SMS Consent Disclosure.
3. A FabSoft administrator then adds the number to the demo system manually. There is no self-service sign-up.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out, START/UNSTOP to resubscribe, or HELP for assistance.

How we use this information

We use this information solely to operate the internal AI Messaging Demo — to send the demo messages and to respond to texts participants send the agent. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell it.

How long we keep it

We retain SMS-related information for the duration of the demo program and a reasonable record-keeping period thereafter, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
