SMS Privacy Policy

This SMS program is operated by Fabricated Software, Inc. (“FabSoft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how we handle information in connection with our AI Messaging Demo SMS program.

No sharing of mobile information

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support of the program — such as our SMS messaging provider — is permitted solely to operate the service. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

What information we collect

In connection with this SMS program, we collect:

• Your mobile phone number
• The content of messages you send to and receive from our AI agent
• Message timestamps
• Your opt-in and opt-out status

How you opt in

Opt-in is express and web-based. It works like this:

1. On our web sign-up form, you enter your mobile phone number and read the consent disclosure.
2. You actively check a consent box (blank by default) confirming you agree to receive recurring automated SMS messages from FabSoft, and then submit the form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of employment.
3. Your number is added to the AI Messaging Demo, and you receive a one-time confirmation text.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, START or UNSTOP to resubscribe, or HELP for assistance.

How we use this information

We use this information solely to operate the AI Messaging Demo — to send the demo messages described in our Terms of Service, to respond to texts you send the agent, and to honor opt-out requests. We do not use this information for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell it.

How long we keep it

We retain SMS-related information for the duration of the demo program and for a reasonable record-keeping period thereafter, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

How to opt out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. To resume messages after opting out, reply START or UNSTOP.
