SMS Terms of Service

This SMS program is operated by Fabricated Software, Inc. (“FabSoft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in and receiving messages from us, you agree to these terms.

Program description

FabSoft operates an internal AI Messaging Demo — an SMS program that lets opted-in FabSoft employees experience our AI-powered messaging agent. Messages are sent from a dedicated number fully controlled by our multi-agent AI system and include a realistic mix of proactive notifications, customer-care interactions, product education, and natural conversational responses. The purpose is to test functionality and showcase the platform to prospective customers.

Who receives messages

Recipients are FabSoft employees who have actively opted in by submitting their mobile number and checking the consent box on our web sign-up form. We do not message anyone who has not expressly opted in, and we do not use purchased, rented, or shared phone numbers.

Consent

Opt-in is express and web-based: on our sign-up form you enter your mobile number and check a consent box (blank by default) before submitting. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of employment. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages of the kinds described above at the number you provide.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the AI agent and the demo scenarios being run.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt out, opt in, and help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us; you will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. To resume messages after opting out, reply START or UNSTOP. For help, reply HELP to any message, or email jared.hollfelder@fabsoft.com.

Carrier liability

Carriers (e.g. AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
