SMS Terms of Service
Last updated: June 24, 2026
This SMS program is operated by Fabricated Software, Inc. (operating as FabSoft; “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating and receiving messages from us, you agree to these terms.
Program description
FabSoft operates an internal AI Messaging Demo — an evaluation program that lets participating FabSoft employees test our AI-powered messaging agent. Messages are sent from a dedicated number controlled by our multi-agent AI system and are informational and conversational: proactive notifications about the participant’s own test activity, replies to messages the participant sends the agent, and demo status updates. This is not marketing or promotional messaging.
Who receives messages
Recipients are FabSoft employees who chose to participate and provided their mobile number on FabSoft’s internal consent form. We do not message members of the public, and we do not use purchased, rented, or shared phone numbers.
Consent
Opt-in is express and collected internally: a participating employee provides their mobile number and checks a consent box (blank by default) on FabSoft’s internal consent form. Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of employment, and SMS consent is not bundled with acceptance of any other agreement. You can view the exact disclosure at our SMS Consent Disclosure.
Message frequency

Carrier liability
Carriers (e.g. AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
