SMS Consent Disclosure
Last updated: June 24, 2026
This page reproduces the SMS opt-in disclosure that Fabricated Software, Inc. (“FabSoft”) employees agree to when they choose to participate in our internal AI Messaging Demo. It is provided so a carrier or messaging reviewer can verify exactly how recipients consent to receive these text messages.
How consent is collected
This is internal messaging to FabSoft employees only. We do not use any public web form, online sign-up, marketing list, or purchased or shared phone numbers, and we do not message members of the public.
Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of employment. A FabSoft employee who chooses to take part provides their mobile number on an internal consent form and actively checks a consent box that is blank by default — so consent is express, opt-in, and separate from any other agreement. A FabSoft administrator then adds the number to the demo messaging system manually, only after the completed consent form is on file. There is no self-service sign-up.
The consent language on the internal form
The following is reproduced verbatim from FabSoft’s internal AI Messaging Demo consent form:
After opting in
Once the number is added, the recipient receives a one-time confirmation: “FabSoft: You’re subscribed to the AI Messaging Demo. Msg freq varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.” Recipients can reply STOP at any time to opt out (confirmed by reply), START to resubscribe, or HELP for help.
No mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent data are shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our SMS Privacy Policy for details.
